  got a large undercooked chunk of chicken with no breading in my basket and a hair. I get hair can fall in food at any resturaunt, its gross but its in the realm of possibilities. but the random large chuck of chicken is bizarre and unacceptable. I called and emailed them, calling them was like trying to call the white house btw, impossible to get a human on the phone. no response for a week now. to have customer service that bad for a name brand company is absurd. You couldn't pay me to eat here. I dont trust their quality control and their customer service is on par with a shady shell company. I'm not someone who leaves bad reviews, its not my thing, but this was so bad I had to warn others. Beware

  food is good but every time I come in it is filthy... all corners have crumbs and dust and dirt aswell as under the grill. all needs to be cleaned but wings hands down great
