  Been using this Subway constantly for 9 years. Because of a problem with app the wrong sandwich was made TWICE today. This guy wouldn’t budge. Would not refund. Nope I was going to have to pay for a THIRD sandwich. And me trying to explain the situation was like talking to a brick wall. Everybody else in the past at this location would have fixed it NO problem. It’s also a good idea to a phone at your location. This could’ve be fixed before you made it. NOPE had to rush down and “you already made it” over and over you said it. Thanks

  Merry Christmas and a Happy 2026 New Year to all. Specially to My Avery Groton - Morgan clan Family. Stopped in for the first had a fully loaded foot long turkey grinder at the Center street. Sincerely it is an atmosphere of pure joy & cleanliness. 5 stars is not enough for this Fresh and tasty hoagie shop. The selections are Fresh & Healthy, vibrant and The Slices of various meats & veggies Rock. Cudos to Carlos (In the Picture) he was very professional and friendly. If you go Tell him William Carliss Avery II of The Avery Groton - Morgan family Clan sent you. "Special Note" Cleanest Subway ever been too Amazing.

  These guys are always very sweet, and courteous. They carry on a conversation w/ their customers, as they fill the orders w/out delay. Thanks guys!
