    ​We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this UPS location thanks to Charlese Brown! We needed to get some important documents notarized, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free. ​Charlese was professional, attentive to detail, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She took the time to ensure all the paperwork was handled correctly while still getting us in and out quickly. ​Excellent customer service like this is rare, and Charlese truly went above and beyond.

    It was 100% easy to use. Very simple. Nice people. However, there are none close to home. Folks, especially older folks, in Northeast Connecticut, i.e., the rural boondocks of a very citified region, generally stick pretty close to home. A 40 minute drive to get to an actual UPS STORE is what we call, "EXCESSIVE."
