I bring fragile and difficult to wrap objects to this UPS store and they do a great job safely packing it for shipping. They are so friendly and efficient. Also they have a great sense of humor so you leave with a smile.

After a very frustrating and trying morning visiting several other shipping outlets (including another UPS location), Charlese and Alli at The UPS Store #2195 in Vernon, CT came completely to our rescue! They turned a stressful situation into a fast, quick, and easy process. Charlese and Alli were wonderfully friendly, efficient, and deeply knowledgeable. But their incredible service did not stop when we walked out the door. Several hours later, I still had a few questions about my packages and called the store. Alli answered the phone cheerfully and quickly transferred me to Charlese. Charlese then went well above and beyond by patiently explaining everything I needed to hear and even gave me an extra phone contact for complete reassurance. It would be wonderful to see Charlese and Alli recognized by management for their stellar customer service. They truly embody what great service should look like. If you need anything shipped, save yourself the hassle and go straight to The UPS Store #2195 in Vernon, CT! Sincerely, An Extremely Satisfied Customer, Regina DuBrow

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this UPS location thanks to Charlese Brown! We needed to get some important documents notarized, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Charlese was professional, attentive to detail, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She took the time to ensure all the paperwork was handled correctly while still getting us in and out quickly. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and Charlese truly went above and beyond.
