Never experienced this before with any other Subway. I was working until 9pm and I saw that this subway is open until 11pm (at least that’s what it says on the google search). Anyways, I place an order through the app around 6:10pm to have my order ready for pick up by 9:35pm. I leave my job around 9:10pm and get there by 9:24pm. As I am pulling into a parking space, I notice that the “OPEN” sign is off and there is garbage out front but all the lights are still on and fans are going. I go to see if the door is unlocked but it isn’t. So at this point, I’m starting to get aggravated because I was really looking forward to my sandwiches (plus I only paid $12 for a total of 2 sandwiches with the BOGO deal). I go to look at my email making sure I am at the right location and I see an email saying that my order was canceled at 9:22pm. Just TWO minutes before I got there. That to me means they rushed to cancel my order and close everything down in 2 minutes hoping that I possibly wouldn’t show. I’ve never had a problem like this before and it’s very disappointing. I would understand if it was 5 minutes before closing time but they were supposed to be open for another hour and a half. I know it doesn’t mean anything but I will NEVER order from here again. I can see why it’s such a low review rating.

Good but their hours are INCORRECT they close at 9 or whatever time they want! Definitely not 11pm!

Honestly my sandwich was a waste of money. It was disgusting, barely had ANYTHING on it (I'm talking legit one piece of each meat and 2 pickles), guy was nice inside but respectfully you suck at making sandwiches

Absolutely disgusting and mentally unstable people and unacceptable service. This wasn’t a one-time issue—months ago, my mother was mocked by employees who stood behind the counter giggling while she ordered.
During my visit, the man who claimed to be the “manager” was openly hostile. When I asked for extra vegetables (and agreed to the extra charge), he raised his voice, argued, rolled his eyes, and then yelled “BYE, BYE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” when I decided to leave. He absolutely lacks basic communication skills. It makes me sick that there’s people like that out there.
On top of that, the vegetables were visibly rotten, which is alarming from a food safety standpoint. Between the spoiled food, aggressive management, and repeated disrespect toward customers, this place is run by disgusting people who have no business working with the public. Avoid.
