  Ordered online, sandwich order was wrong, ingredients looked old and possibly rotten and had barely anything on it and tiny like maybe 4 inches at most. I ended up throwing it out because I was worried to eat it. I also had paid in advance for a drink which they didn’t have because the soda machine doesn’t work. Wasn’t offered a refund, and you cannot get a refund through the app either.

  Always out of items with the same excuse of the manager not ordering properly. Out of the special of the day before noon !

  Placed online order via app. Received call 2 minutes later that order cannot be completed as they are missing ingredient which was tuna in that case. I asked to cancel my order. Staff on the phone says they cannot and it has to be done by me. Well, there is no way to cancel order placed via app. Called again and was told, “no you have to do it yourself on the app”. Went to the store, spoke with employee who tried cancel and couldn’t do it via my app. I asked him to cancel on their side via POS as that’s what it’s the right way to do it. Was told he has no access to it. Called the owner who supposed to take care of it. Order was never cancelled and I’m out money for 4 sandwiches . Will have to escalate higher. Stay away from this place as you may loose your money.

  Never experienced this before with any other Subway. I was working until 9pm and I saw that this subway is open until 11pm (at least that’s what it says on the google search). Anyways, I place an order through the app around 6:10pm to have my order ready for pick up by 9:35pm. I leave my job around 9:10pm and get there by 9:24pm. As I am pulling into a parking space, I notice that the “OPEN” sign is off and there is garbage out front but all the lights are still on and fans are going. I go to see if the door is unlocked but it isn’t. So at this point, I’m starting to get aggravated because I was really looking forward to my sandwiches (plus I only paid $12 for a total of 2 sandwiches with the BOGO deal). I go to look at my email making sure I am at the right location and I see an email saying that my order was canceled at 9:22pm. Just TWO minutes before I got there. That to me means they rushed to cancel my order and close everything down in 2 minutes hoping that I possibly wouldn’t show. I’ve never had a problem like this before and it’s very disappointing. I would understand if it was 5 minutes before closing time but they were supposed to be open for another hour and a half. I know it doesn’t mean anything but I will NEVER order from here again. I can see why it’s such a low review rating.
