  The blonde employee was very rude. While I was showing her my return label on my phone, she took my phone out of my hand without asking. When I tried to take it back so I could pull the picture up myself, she held onto it instead of returning it. I understand she was trying to help, but my phone contains sensitive information, and I did not appreciate someone taking it or refusing to hand it back when I asked. Employees should respect customers’ personal property and boundaries.

  Great service here for amazon dropoffs. Staff came and opened door for me when I arrived with a large box. In and out in a minute.

  Spotless store and very nice and professional folks to help with packing and mailing questions. A very easy park as well, worth the trip into Torrington if you are in Litchfield, where UPS dropoffs are harder to find on the weekends.

  I was told ups in Torrington would take care of the spectrum tv box. I had to go to 3 ups stores before someone would help.
