  If I can put 0 stars I would, the people here are very disgusting and rude & quick to charge for return, I came in today and employee name as “JD” very rude and aggressive and when you walk in no one greets you it’s like they all have an attitude, no one answers the phone, very disrespectful and disappointing. We can use a different store there this store has no purpose being open.

  I had an Amazon return packaged up and ready to go. The associate at the counter refused to take the package telling me I had to put everything in a brand new box because of the shipping label. Are you serious? I drove 20 min up the highway to another UPS store that simply put the return label over the old label and said have a nice day. Don't waste your time. By the time you find parking and wait in line you could have gone somewhere else. The store attempted to respond to my comment in a way that makes me look like I dont know what im talking about. Trust me I do and the other UPS store couldn't believe it either.

  This location is so customer focused. Associates are friendly and super efficient. Yazmin helped me today but all associates are very good.

  The representative at the store took time for me and throughly explained all the shipping options and insurance options and help me to make the most economical but beneficial choice for my package. He showed true care for costumer’s property that I was sending and my needs. Thank you
