  Stratford driver said couldn’t locate the address, they deliver to my address for 30 years and today couldn’t locate, what about call if they can’t find the address, not good shame on you big FedEx

  FedEx as an entire organization is the worst delivery service period! They have done it all to me... packages never delivered, packaged delivered to homes down the street when both my home and their home are clearly marked with address numbers, they've run over my septic leach fields on my front yard, they have gotten trucks stuck in mud/snow and ruined yards, they have never showed and marked it as you weren't home for a delivery requiring a signature... every scenario possible they have failed. Don't try to call the 1-800 number either!!! If you have to call them the trick is to say ridiculous things to the automated bot on the phone and after 5 attempts at the bot trying to understand what you are trying to say it will apologize and connect you with a human. I can't believe the level of incompetence!
