  Driver couldnt even manage to knock on my door before claiming they tried to deliver and I wasnt home. Took a picture of my neighbors door for proof. Unacceptable. My UPS guy would never. Wish the company I was ordering with didnt use them.

  totally ridiculous service. I got a return label with a barcode but they can't print it without a QR code. I don't understand what the difference between a barcode and a QR code means to them being that it's their own shipping label. this is totally ridiculous. I will never use FedEx again

  Twice, I was notified that my package was out for delivery. Twice, I stayed home waiting for it. And twice, nothing happened — I simply received a message claiming that the delivery attempt had failed because the customer (me) was not available. The link provided to report the issue led to a '404 Page Not Found’ error. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating

  Fed ex is the worst I placed a very important package in the drop box my mortgage never received I give them the tracking number and date I sent out and they just keep giving me the run around
