  Only one young lady working the counter but she handled it with patience and grace. I didn't realize that they moved across the street. Fedex is a bargain compared to USPS.

  The tracking site said my package was to be delivered Monday after I waited all day Friday which the site said it would be delivered. Monday, the driver comes - no doorbell, no text, no call, no notice, and leaves. The only reason I know he was here is because I heard the truck backing up to leave and I looked out the window. Now I have to wait ANOTHER day? Because NOBODY was available to sign for it? Absurd.

  I have waited 3 days for my package. It required a signature. 2 of those days I was at work and the day I was home the driver didnt attempt to ring the buzzer for my apartment ( I know it works), but some how gained access to my building. They didnt even go to my unit # to ring my door bell. I would call them, but my phone is a brick. I can not make or receive calls. The package is literally my new phone! I am beyond pissed right now and how absurd the situation is. I wasted a day that I could have picked up over time from my job for a delivery attempt THEY failed. Do better FedEx. This was such a lazy attempt on your drivers I didnt even get a delivery time window to know when it was coming in.

  Was supposed to receive a delivery today for my business. Received an alert that the delivery driver attempted to deliver my packages, but the business was closed. Complete lie. Delivery was “attempted” at 3:40 PM and I close at 6 PM. There was no such attempted delivery. Never pulled into my parking lot. No door tag, nothing. Now my business loses money over the weekend because we can’t sell our expected retail. Lazy, lying driver.
