  Called a little over a week ago to get a quote, and make appointment for getting my Will notarized. Was told it was pricey, $20 per witness, and $10 for notary. I said $50 was not pricey at all, and made the appointment. Clarified again that it was $50. Drove there, had them sign, and notarize it, then was told $170!! Completely shocked, I said there's no way I was paying $170 after being quoted $50. She told me it was already done, so she would have to shred the will that I paid a LOT of money to my lawyer to write up. Not doing that, she threatened to call the police if I left with my will, and called me pathetic. Was extremely rude, had her co-workers laughing at me, calling me names, so I took my will and waited in my truck for the police. Trooper showed up, and basically said that they were ridiculous, and just pay the $170 and go after them afterwards, and to give them the worst review on here, which I sadly did. First off, you dont quote a price, then change it ADTER the job is done. And you definitely dont act like a bunch of giggling high-school "mean girls" to your customers. Just horrible!

  They charged my mom $83.14 on sending two sheets of A4 paper to China. Why not just try robbing a bank?

  We are from Indiana and our son goes to UConn. We have used this UPS location for shipping and storage. They supply and pick up boxes from your location and then store them over summer break. Tricia has been FANTASTIC to work with. It is very convenient and reliable.

  THANK YOU, TRICIA! From the beginning, Tricia communicated clearly with me when I needed to set up a mailbox and was very fair with the pricing. Once my packages started arriving, she went above and beyond to help and even offered additional services I didn't know were available. She did it all with a smile and was genuinely kind and helpful.
