  I was recently transferred over from my old agency that closed down, to this one! I live in New York and this young lady Rose was very helpful and understanding, she was very kind and patient while I bombarded her with questions! A gem!!

  Highly recommended! Insurance can be so confusing but they made the process easy and smooth, Kim was able to help us with our Auto and Home bundle, their recommendations were on point, we always had state minimum liability not knowing what this can cause. We are very happy with the service and the process. Thank you!!

  May 25, 26 and now June 1, 2026 Over a week now It's sad that when you try to call Daniella Mercado they always give you someone else to talk to you cannot talk to her and it's her business I started with Curtis R.I.P. Then Joe & Gerard was there anytime I called I was able to speak to either or I guess I'm going to start looking for another insurance company because that's not good one of the young lady's said well I don't know who you spoke to last week maybe she didn't give the message to Daniella and I told her that's not business like I'm a customer for over 25 years I should be able to talk to her she said well we have been trained by her we can help you and i said no i want to talk to her. 🔴TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE THIS ONE JUST PISSED ME OFF‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I don't want to give any stars but it won't take my review unless I do so only one star don't even deserve that not very good customer service........   I relocated to Connecticut from NY, and in trying to keep my insurance policy up to date, I spoke to Daniela and Rose at Allstate in Stamford, CT. Who with their expertise updated my insurance coverage to reflect my new address. I wasn’t able to register my vehicle bc of a needed CT emissions inspection and the title of my car which DMV NY possessed, due to a lien holder. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me I was in violation of insurance codes having NY plates and CT insurance; apparently that’s frowned upon. I received a DMV suspension of license plates. When I brought the suspension notice into the office without an appointment they were able to issue a correction due to the 2 registration issues needing attention. Once proof of insurance was given to DMV NY they immediately issued a restoration order, putting me in good standing and was not charged a $235.00 fee due to the error. Thank you to Daniela and Rose for keeping me out of handcuffs!!! Just kidding, it was just a frustrating situation that they handled flawlessly!
