  Silvana C was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a return that was a little more complicated than usual. She was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to work with me to find a solution, which saved me a huge inconvenience. Her customer service truly stood out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. I really appreciate the effort she put in to make the process as easy as possible for me.   Good service, good supply of parts, easy in and out. Went in some time ago with battery issues, store manager and one other employee (I believe it might've Mark, and maybe Alex? but this was a month or two ago) were very helpful and patient, helped diagnose and rule out more severe issues, sold me good new battery, helped me swap out the old for the new, and took the old one off my hands for me. Easy, convenient, saved me a day's headache. Will be back again.
