  I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I needed them to scan an original poster that was quite large and then recreate it at a significantly smaller size, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. I was honestly impressed by how clear and legible all of the writing was despite the size difference. The workers were also incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. They clearly took the time to make sure everything came out right, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I really appreciate the care they put into it — highly recommend this UPS Store!

  Showed up at 6:38pm and the door was locked. They apparently close at 6:30. I started to walk away but the owner rushed to the door to let me in and complete my shipping. Fantastic customer service. Above and beyond what I expected.

  Rob from Southington UPS is very kind and thoughtful. My sister and I were there yesterday to have documents notarized. He realized I had a hard time standing up and offered me a chair. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience. Highly recommend!

  Not sure how 2 different employees doesn’t know how to do a simple task of printing a poster. Don’t advertise something you can’t do. Why isn’t everyone trained properly???
