  Returned 75 cable boxes for our business. It took more than an hour to scan each and Avery boxes and pack them. UPS team working on Queen st. Patiently took care of my return packages. Great team work. Thank you

  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS location. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Even though the store was busy, they handled everything with efficiency and a great attitude, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer care. They took the time to clearly explain all my shipping options, including pricing and delivery times, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. They also assisted me with packaging, making sure my items were secure and properly prepared for transit. The store itself was spotless, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Everything was clearly labeled, which made the experience even more convenient. Despite the number of customers, the wait time was minimal thanks to how well the team manages the flow. This is hands down one of the best UPS experiences I’ve had. The combination of efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly sets this location apart. I will definitely be coming back for future shipments and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and hassle-free service.

  as I couldn’t hold off, going to the UPS store to return some thing, I couldn’t help thinking I’m gonna be so lost. The lady inside was so extremely nice and patient. I can’t say enough. She was so helpful truly helpful. I would be here another 24 hours trying to figure out everything she did in two minutes. I highly recommend the UPS store in 🍏SOUTHINGTON.
