  Mailed my school documents here. The entire staff were super caring. Shoutout to Tyler!! Absolute legend. Stuff got there the next day and prices were affordable for the services I picked. I also love their print services.

  Steer clear of this UPS store! I paid them to package artwork and ship it. I also paid to insure it. I was told it would be in a box with foam and proper packaging. It arrived at my clients home between 2 pieces of cardboard that was patched together with other cardboard folded in half. No foam, no box as promised. I paid to insure it and the insurance rejected the claim for improper packing! I emailed and called the store and was told they didn’t know anything about this even though they set up the claim. They had no idea when the manager would be in. Really? The art is ruined with a crease down the middle. They have inexperienced employees and take no responsibility!

  I have been to many UPS stores, and I must say that the service at the Simsbury store is the best. The young guy who helped me today went above and beyond to help me, and did so with the best attitude and a smile on his face. Kudos to him and the rest of the team

  I have been working with them for all of my small business needs and have had terrific customer service every single time. They even offer options based on what I’m trying to do. Sometimes it makes more sense to send through the post office and they let you know that.
