  I have been to many UPS stores, and I must say that the service at the Simsbury store is the best. The young guy who helped me today went above and beyond to help me, and did so with the best attitude and a smile on his face. Kudos to him and the rest of the team

  I have used UPS a *LOT* and have found these guys to be the best location yet. I shipped something from there once that proved to be problematic in the UPS system but after bringing up my concerns, they were extraordinarily helpful in solving my problem. Everytime I have been there to ship, they've just been the best folks to work with.

  If it wasn't for the owner when I went back I would never go here again the first time I got here the kid told me that he could not print out my return label without the package being here and yes that may be in some cases not with mine the owner filled me in let me know how everything works and I highly recommend this place

  Dropping off an Amazon return was fast and easy…I was in and out of the store in 60 seconds with no hassle whatsoever. Great service!
