  If you're looking for the highest levels of competency and customer service, this is where you will find it! The people who occupy this space during business hours are amazing...Time and time again I am blown away by both the outstanding skill and pleasant demeanor in which the staff operates. Unsurprisingly, it was John leading the charge this time. Kudos to him and to whoever made the decision to turn him loose to rescue the public as the brand's superhero! 😀

  I was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful young man named Omar. Very courteous and explained everything to me clearly and professionally. I will be back. Folks , no matter what job you’re in, it pays to be cheerful and professional.

  Hash is extremely accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a wonderful conversation about my husband and I relocating to NC & not having enough space in our car for all of our belongings. Hash took care of everything from making sure our precious belongings were safely tucked away in the right sized box to making sure there was no wasted space which saved us $. Unsure what Hash's professional title is, but I'm sure he went above and beyond the call of duty.

  I love this particular store that I go to on Bridgeport Ave in Shelton, CT. In my lifetime I’ve been to a multitude of UPS stores but this one is very well managed, no wait times, and the team cares about their customers. It is my location of choice, especially for Amazon returns for the reasons I’ve stated above.
