  For the most part, this is a decent FedEx. But Vinny was incredibly rude to me. I needed to know where a package was getting delivered to and he was very short with me and told me to just call customer service. I would expect more from a manager of the store.

  John Lennon. John Denver. John Candy. John Doe. These are some of the Johns who have been influential throughout history. But John, John from the FedEx on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton Connecticut may just be the MOST influential. A champion of customer service, John always provides uncompromising quality with each transaction he handles. He does all of this with a fantastic smile and attitude 'round the clock every day. No matter where you live in (or out) of the country, the trip to THIS FedEx is worth it to meet John.   Rose are red, sky is blue, they throw your package in front of you. Easy pickup & drop off, express sometimes gets delay.
