  Absoultly BS!!!! the website says the location closes at six, and I walked into this store at 405.They said they were closed and refused to serve me.Even though the door was open. The employee was nasty and rude!!! Terrible service

  Made a reservation for a notary. Showed up a few minutes early. Gentleman told me "No". Apparently he refused to notarize my document due to concern of getting it wrong? Made me wonder how many docs he has gotten wrong for other customers. Complaint will be filed with CT Sec of State Notary Public Unit. Don't waste your time here, go to a local bank.

  Employees never show up. Two weekends in a row where the store says open but there is no one there and the doors are unlocked. Very unprofessional.

  I thought this was open on sundays. I got their ( 3/22) 10 minutes to 9:00 and waited until 9:08, no one. I called at 9:20 and still no answer. I stopped back again at 9:36 and still not open. I wish they would update their sign on the door and online if they are not open 7 days a week
