  Hours are typically not correct. Now they charge $2 if they have to put a simple strip of tape on a basic Amazon return. Bring your own tape! Service is very impersonal. There’s usually long lines and they’re very very slow.

  Emily is an absolute gem! There was a female customer being incredibly rude, impatient, and swearing. Emily was extremely polite, apologetic, and patient. She never once fumbled her words and remained confident in her ability to be of service to the store. Her parents should be very proud of her! As well as her manager. I would hire her any day, any time.

  I usually always have my QR code already set, but today didn’t. I did not know that know you have bad service in your store. Funny thing is you don’t offer customers a way to connect so that they can pull up QR codes and that is how we return items. And many times I have been in the store and there is a grumpy older man that works in there. A simple smile goes a long way. I will never come back to this store.

  Sitting outside with several other people wondering why the store is closed when it clearly states online it should be open. Not a great way to run a business in my opinion. Guess I still have to drive to Shelton for UPS service. Disappointing!

  I sent my brother in Arizona our Dad's military flag from when he passed. I had the store package it and told them to mark it fragile because it was encased in a triangle wooden and glass box. I was shocked when my brother received it. Severely mangled box without fillers and not marked "Fragile". It's a miracle it arrived in one piece. All told I paid $170.00 for this "service". Never again. Will travel to Shelton instead of the Seymour office. I wish I could give it NO stars
