  We went into subway around 7pm yesterday, and the person working was working on a mobile order. We were never acknowledged, the order looked large. There wasn’t anyone else in the establishment. The person who was working eventually looked up and laughed and said “sorry.” I then asked if she needed to finish the order she was doing and she said no that it was done, and proceeded to continue working on the mobile order. We stood there for another 5 minutes and decided to leave. It’s unfortunate that front facing customers don’t take priority over a mobile order.

  This location is extremely cheap, they never advertise promotions that are happening. They are extremely cheap on the portions of vegetables.

  I just went there 20 minutes ago today to pick up a quick lunch on my way back to work I asked the gentleman working behind the counter that for my Baja wrap I wanted cucumbers instead of tomatoes on it and he told me no. Proceeding to follow it with that tomatoes is how it comes and if corporate came in and saw the switch they’d “kill” him??? I gave him an odd expression because 1. Corporate will kill you for switching one vegetable??? 2. I mentioned how no other subway has ever said anything like that and I would be sure to just go somewhere else next time instead He then proceeded trying to joke that the only answer he knows is yes and not no? I opened my food and my food is like thin air. I got two of the wraps and normally they come filled with chicken and veggies and they’re enough to fill me. This whole thing was just ridiculous I will not come back to this location ever again.
