  I had an AMAZING experience with Anthony at The UPS Store in Riverside! I first called with several questions, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. When I came in person, he continued to answer every single question I had. He even came outside to measure my item, carried it inside for me, and took care of EVERYTHING. I didn’t have to carry it, pack it, tape it, or worry about a thing—Anthony handled the entire process from start to finish. He was so smart, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Seriously, WOW! This is what great customer service looks like. Anthony absolutely deserves Employee of the Month! The UPS Store is lucky to have him. I left so happy and impressed with the service I received. Thank you, Anthony sooooo much!!!! He was there today 08/19/26 at 5:30 PM!!!

  Awesome customer service. The Amazon system was down but the team came up with a clever workaround to allow me to make my return (and get a big box out of my trunk). Thanks so much!
