  The most important reason for my rating is the unbeatable efficiency. Even though the store was busy, the staff managed the line quickly and had my package labeled and processed in under two minutes.

  Ken was very impatient and not helpful at all. Could not get a box for me, I almost offered to go upstairs myself. I just wanted to ship something, ended up having to take embryo back with me and try another day. He wasn’t making any effort to help, said he had to get ready for ups coming at 6pm. I came in it was 5:15pm. Wanted me to write down my credit card number so he could send the box later in the day. Please have more staff and younger people, with more energy to help everyone.

  I have posted my packages here dozens of times over the years and I am fully satisfied! Both attendants were always helpful, specially the younger one! But I also did my part in having my packages ready to just drop
