  Woman working is extremely rude and pushy to upsell and tell people they need to buy more she was trying to sell me battery kits for a top post battery when I have a side post battery

  The parts guy needs some training on how to look up inventory. I was told the brake/turn light socket for a 2005 silverado is a dealer only item. I could have taken the time to google it again and give him the Dorman part number I found last night. Advance was at the top of the google search results and showed to be in local stock. However it was just as easy to go to autozone. Ive never had a bad experience at Autozone. The very young lady at Autozone was more than helpful in getting me at the "dealer only part ". I try to avoid this Advance for many reasons. The Putnam Napa store has the best staff hands down, however they are not open late most evenings. 5/29 around 6:30.

  Never had issues recycling old oil until I came to this store. As soon as I walked in the staff was rolling their eyes and had a rude attitude. Be mad at your store policy, not me. Even walking out of the door they gave me a hard time for throwing the old containers into the trash. I’ll go to auto zone next time.

  Will not go back to any Advanced Auto store. Bought a remanufactured alternator which was bad. It can happen they replaced it. The replacement looked like it had been returned so the salesperson tested it, it tested fine. When I installed two of the threaded holes are stripped. When I brought it back they said it wasn't from there store it had a NAPA part number. So now I'm out $300 with a still broken car.
