  Price gouging. Quoted almost $200 for dollhouse furniture. This is the first UPS store that wouldn’t let me provide my own shipping label thru my ups account. Reporting to BBB and to corporate. Holding dollhouse furniture hostage until I pay their astronomical shipping charge. Would never recommend this store.

  How do you lose a package that was dropped at the store with the company's return label? The person at the desk may have been new, she seemed confused and it took her about 30 mins to complete my transaction...no one has an answer and they have no management on weekends, how convenient....do better UPS!

  Update: no actual customer service attempt from store but they had the time to reply my Google review! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU EXPECT ACCOUNTABILITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are a joke! I went in with 3 packages 2 for Amazon and 1 for Rock Auto. The Rock Auto package never arrived and the store has no explanation. They provided me with a customer service number that was closed. When I went into the store they had no management available on the weekends and wrote my information down to give to the "boss". Stay away from this place if you actually expect your package to arrive, even with a prepaid label!
