  Food was good by Subway standards. Location looked very clean. The staff was very kind. It might be a low bar to clear, but this was definitely the best Subway experience I have had in a while.

  Food was going bad floors were dirty all over the place garbage was overfilled it stink like skunk service was bad only got attitudes… Never going back ..

  I am not happy because it is Friday August 26,I decided to grab a sub which it has probably been a year since I have had subway, and I went to Salem Turnpike subway, tried to open the door and the time was 8 :40 and there was a sign on the door, on a yellow piece of paper in messy handwriting in pen that said be back in 30 minutes ! I was so craving a sub since it had been so long! I was so mad !

  First impressions - amazing. Tyler was the one on, really nice & efficient. They're open until 11pm everyday, I got there right before 10pm tonight. He was taking care of another customer when I walked in, but still said hello to me in a genuine tone. He chatted a bit with me as he made my sandwiches, he was pleasantly surprised when I told him they have an almost flawless rating on Google maps.. so far I can see why they do! Nothing bad to say so far. I'm usually looking for food around this time, would definitely drive back again out of the way (New London) to get my sandwiches. Good customer service makes already good food taste better! :-)
