  Clearly you “don’t know how to do your job” - all it takes is one hugely rude comment to ruin a loyal relationship w/a frequent customer. Who just waited in a long because you didn’t manage the customer who was not ready with her returns. Two people walked out of line. Unbelievable. Have a great day!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I waited in line to make a return and had already emailed the return label to the store for printing. When it was my turn to be helped, Mohammed told me, “You’re not ready, step to the side.” I explained that I was ready, but he insisted that I still needed a printed label. Since printing the label is a service the store provides, I was confused by his response. It felt as though he wanted to assist the customer behind me first rather than help me complete my return. When I questioned the situation, Mohammed refused to help me and told me to leave, which I found extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. A few days later, I contacted the manager to discuss the incident. Unfortunately, the manager was not apologetic and suggested that Mohammed may have acted that way because the store was busy and he was trying to move the line faster. Rather than addressing the inappropriate behavior, the manager appeared to excuse it. Customer service should never come at the expense of treating customers with courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return

  Extremely unprofessional experience—the rude owner(indian guy) started yelling and aggressively waving his arms across the store just because I asked why my files printed as half-pages instead of the original layout. I highly discourage anyone from using this location, and UPS corporate urgently needs to intervene, as this person clearly needs anger management and a serious retraining in customer service.ble service.   Shakil was incredibly helpful. The service was quick and I was able to get in and out of the store quickly. I highly recommend this UPS location, especially because of employees like Shakil.
