Almost impossible to get a hold of someone when calling their locations, automated system has definitely been programmed to not transfer the call to a representative. Delivery times are not accurate, too massive of a company to provide proper care anymore.

Efficient. Professional. Friendly 😃
Went to ship some items and was met with rudeness beyond compare. The worker at FedEx was processing my shipments and when other people came in he stopped and started to take care of one of them in the middle of my transaction. I asked him to finish with me before he began another order and he became belligerent, and told me if I didn't like it here that I could leave. His tone was threatening. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Print and go machine took 5-10 mins to print one page, meanwhile the manager was playing spanish music from his cellphone in his back pocket like it was a nightclub. Then he started cursing in conversation to one of his colleagues while kids were standing 5 feet away!

The place has gone downhill from a couple years ago. I went in to create a few posters from pictures. The guy told me I needed to get each of the pictures into one printable image to avoid a creative fee, which I did. When I arrived back at the store he told me they also needed to be re-sized (which he didn't tell me the first time). He asked me if I wanted him to do it and I said yes, thank you. Five minutes later, that was done but I found that my charge went up about 30%. He failed to tell me there was an up-charge for re-sizing the pix. 5 min re-sizing my pics for $50 extra? Really, you couldn't just do that for me on my second visit? In addition, I did not like the attitude. I'm not going back.
