If I could give 0 Stars I would. I dont fault the employee as he was the only one working, but this is the second time i've used this location to pick up packages and I waited over 30 Mins. Line grew to about 10 people and saw Numerous people walk out because they couldnt wait. Way to lose all that business. Absolutely crazy that a company of this size can only afford to pay one employee. Do Better Fedex

Just shockingly bad. Everyone here is slow and pretends like you’re hassling them to do basic things. I hate this place so much. There’s no reason for a company to operate this way. Disgraceful.

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone when calling their locations, automated system has definitely been programmed to not transfer the call to a representative. Delivery times are not accurate, too massive of a company to provide proper care anymore.
