  The guy at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to help me verify the fedex location to where i was sending it too; a simple task that was done at other locations. It was a priority shipping package therefore it was a concern to get it to the correct location. He didn’t want to provide my name but he was male and elder.

  I think that I have never met nicer staff at any establishment and absolutely the nicest employee in FedEx Mike helped me out right before closing as pleasant as can be with great recommendations and beautiful. Finish product products for print printing.

  I went to this store believing my shipment was going to take a long time and encounter several issues. Instead it was a breeze. the team there was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In fact they had every customer in their store smiling and asking why everyone was so happy! Thank you Arsim.

  FedEx this location is friendly staff but counter staff forgot to gave us custom declaration form and insurance form. When we were shipped our package to oversea which causing tremendous delay on our package to reach the final destination. Please re-train the staff at 464 Main St. Norwalk CT 06851 pay attention and details on the packages going oversea please! Thank you!
