  guy working here today was just a jerk and unpleasant. he had his airpods in and was speaking at zero volume. when i asked him to repeat his question, he got angry at me.

  Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I stopped here today and the woman making our subs was unbelievably rude to us. My boyfriend wanted a veggie sub with falafel but didn't realize he couldn't just add falafel because that would be a totally different sandwich. Instead of explaining this nicely, she started giving him a hard time and saying "they" wouldn't allow it. She told him he had to have the sandwich exactly how it is on the menu, but isn't the point of Subway to customize the sandwich how you want? Then she looked at my boyfriend, said "you'll wake up some day," and rudely waved him away to continue down the line. If you value customer service even a little, please don't go to this Subway. However, if you like to be bullied by random fast food employees, this is the restaurant for you.
