  Fedex is the worst package delivery in the US. I had to go to the center because the delivery man kept lying about attempted deliveries which he never made.

  I use this hub to ship out my snakes and they are always friendly and respectful. I cannot say the same for myself, as when I run into inconveniences through customer support I often get annoyed with the employees at the hub despite it not being their fault. They do a great job of taking care of customer needs, even when the customer is a bit of an ass lol! 5 stars, will ship out snakes through this hub again.

  Extremely poor customer service. I was home all day for an overnight delivery, and when I checked at the end of the day it said that delivery was attempted but failed. This was not true. I was home all day, and have video evidence that the driver never attempted delivery. When I called customer service to try to get this resolved, very little was done. As of this writing, I am still waiting for the package.

  Terrific FedEx service center that never gets crowded and is easy in, easy out. Service person that works daytime weekdays is always helpful, friendly and fun to talk to.
