  placed a mobile order, and they did not have the kind of sauce i ordered. instead of leaving it off, they put BARBECUE SAUCE on all three subs! it was a $45 order and when I asked for a refund they told me I need to cancel the order on my end (spoilers, there's no way to cancel it), and they will not remake it because "her drawer will be short" which makes no sense. absolute lunacy.

  The food is great, but the customer service was very disappointing. I arrived late and politely asked if I could still order. Instead of being understanding, the employee just stared at me and pointed to her watch, asking if I knew what time it was. I apologized, but she continued to serve me with a bad attitude and seemed visibly upset the entire time. If this is the kind of service this store provides, I won’t be coming back. This happened on 03/17/2026 @ 9:10 pm

  Jessica was extremely helpful and kind!! Such an inviting smile as soon as you walk into the store!! Will come back simply because of her!!
