  Walked in at 9:06pm to order a sandwich for dinner and was told by the woman working there that they were closed. I said the door and website said they close at 9:30, and she said she already closed the register and “yeah we’re supposed to close BY 9:30” whatever that means. Won’t be back.

  I have given this subway 2 chances now and won’t give a 3rd. First off the woman working was completely rude and unprofessional when I came in. I stood in the store for several minutes before she even came out. Then I was picking up 2 online orders and when I told her I was getting another one she said “well it doesn’t take 5 mins” I stayed quiet however it was at least 15 mins since the order was placed. I then asked if the ice machine was broken she said yes but the soda is cold and I advised her it was not and she ignored that. As if this experience wasn’t bad enough I then go to eat my food and she didn’t make my order at all how I ordered there were missing items she substituted items I didn’t ask for and the sandwich was barely a sandwich. I will not waste my money here anymore I rather drive farther for better service. Don’t even bother stopping in here spend your money elsewhere the owner should be embarrassed!!

  Incredibly rude staff, specifically the manager. There were 3 people in the store and I was standing in line for no more then 5 minutes she tried to ring out the person I was with and when I said it was together she asked if I wanted a sandwich and when I said yes she said "are you kidding me look how many people are here so busy" and then proceeded to make my sandwich with an attitude and talked about how many hours she works and how hard it is, quit. Sandwich was fine.
