Got the sub of the day for (supposed to be) 10$ place is very clean and well taken care of. In defense of the following story, It does clearly say there is an upcharge for bottled beverages. One employee says there is no sub of the day for 10$. After him and the other employee go back an forth, the one saying it doesn't exsist, and that he's worked here for 2 years, rings it up, and says its 15 and change. It's at this point I point to the sign DIRECTLY ABOVE HIS HEAD, that says 6.99$ meal deal +3$ to make it a foot long. Get my stuff, guys rings me out again, 14 and change. So by my math, 3$ more for a 16oz bottle of water? Done arguing and just paid. I get subway screws over it's franchisees, but please train your employees. If subway's app wasn't god awful, I'd just use that.
this experience was not very nice because the worker Jadiel was very disrespectful. it was an extremely unprofessional environment I was called “bro” multiple times and he even was saying disrespectful things under his breath. Worst subway experience ever.

This location has some of the kindest, attentive, and knowledgeable people around. I will also say, Matt, who makes our food most often, has an incredible level of consistency that we just can not find anywhere else. I hope he is treated well. Thank you all for great work
Wasted money on a sandwich that I didn’t get to eat because there was a hair in my sandwich. The men here have long hair, wear hats, and that’s still not enough. Hairnets need to be looked into. I tried getting help from customer service since Monday, and nothing has been done.
