  I had to move / change locations very quickly for an new job. Due to my particular circumstances and limited time frame, I decided to ship the majority of my belongings. The store managers were very helpful. They helped me move boxes, made me aware of shipping risks, and even reinforced a few boxes free of charge. They also gave me a few discounts due to the large quantity of business I provided. They also answered any questions I had and were patient as I made multiple trips. I recommend going to this store due to the customer service and help I was provided.

  As a business owner bringing in daily shipments for Create A Castle, I can’t say enough good things about the team at The UPS Store in New Milford. If I could leave higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The new management here has been an incredible upgrade - the efficiency, professionalism, and speed they bring to daily drop-offs and incoming inventory handling make a massive difference for my business. Everything is organized, processed smoothly, and handled with exceptional care. If you run a business or just need reliable, top-tier shipping services in the area, this is hands-down the best spot around. Highly recommended!

  We still have gotten no RESPONSE from ELVIERA they are avoiding accountability. It’s going to cost you more money to fight our attorneys in court! Do the RIGHT thing and pay us back for your negligence of losing my husbands watch! Will be filing a small claim suit in the next following weeks! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!AVOID IT they will not take accountability for losing $10,000 ITEMS!!!!! Will be going in person to Connecticut. This store needs to be shut down for negligence with the UPS they are not responding our calls.
