  Last night 3/4/2026 my husband needed to stop to grab break pads for his truck, he will only shop at Advanced Auto New London location... and now I know why. Last night my self and our daughter were with him and we all went in. The two Hispanic men (I'm bad with names but I remember one of the men was Mark and the other gentlemans name is at the tip of my tounge) that were working were AMAZING. They were both hard at work stocking the front and the back, they were so friendly, polite and super helpful. They had great positive attitudes and it made the whole experience for us wonderful, We even stuck around a few minutes longer to chat with them due to it. I truly dislike Auto stores but can now say those two men working last night, changed that for the better. They love what they do and it shows, those two are assets to the company and I hope the company knows that espeically Mark... Hence why I'm writing this review. Feel free to share it with them!

  Lady trying to tell me part only comes with the motor. Unbelievably stupid, absolutely ridiculous. Gotta find an auto parts store that knows what they’re doing.

  I want to say thanks again and recognize Ginger and the other Individual (forgot her name) who got my new battery installed. The positive cable would not budge at first, but through persistence and patience, Ginger and crew got the job done. They definitely went above and beyond and I’m grateful.

  The individual that served me today proved more than competent. She was informative, and personable, placed me right at ease. Making me comfortable enough to ask the questions i would have other wise felt a bit inadequate asking someone else. She not only talked me through it , she walked me through it, so that the entire exchange would make sense. I have only praise to offer of this representative. So in closing, hats off to her, and to you as well her employer, for having the foresight enough to realize the asset she would prove herself to be.
