Mailed my package the wrong product. While I paid for UPS second day air, they forwarded my letter to USPS for standard Priority Mail. Ended up taking 13 days instead of 2, and could not do anything to cancel it.

When I walked in, there was a line, but a helpful employee quickly stepped in. She asked if anyone was just dropping off and guided me straight to the kiosk. She even pressed the buttons for me so I didn't have to figure anything out myself!

They weren’t willing to give me a single piece of tape to tape my box shut… instead charged me $4 for the piece of tape (in addition to the $6.99 UPS return fee that Amazon was already charging me). …And this was after waiting for 25 minutes in line
