  I’m a regular customer every morning I come a grab a sandwich for work. Today they were having issue with the oven I had already pre paid for my food. I had a train to catch @8:17am I requested my order @ 8:06am. Due to the delay I politely asked for a refund I’m pregnant I can’t eat cold cuts unless heated up I’m in a bit of rush to get to work on time. I told the young lady I have to do she repeatedly told me to keep waiting even though I asked for a refund. I was late as result to poor customer service and speed of service. I should not have to ask more than once if I want my money back I expect that to be honored as a customer. Your staff did not respect my wishes or my time. Horrible costumer service. I’m not satisfied with how my experience was conducted today.

  Union Station New Haven is a beautiful place and the people at the Subway shop there make it more so.

  Amazing store well maintained with cleanliness Amazing crew with smile on their face Prices are decent as expected because of train station but those are worth it
