  Terrible experience; the attendant was rude—they should at least undergo training on how to deal with people! For a franchise, it falls far short of the standard.

  Bathroom was very dirty. Store was also dirty. Sandwich artist was not very friendly and looked like he was inconvenienced by serving us. Soda machine was also broken. He wouldn’t warm up our cookies either. Geez! The food tasted ok at least.

  I just want to start off by saying that the employee that took care was very polite and made me a decent sandwich. I’m giving this place a low rating because they were almost out of every variety of chips except for two neither of which I really wanted and then the fountain soda machine was down, so I asked what the story was with it, and I was told that the owner is discontinuing the usage of fountain soda. So I had to get a bottle of soda, which was not my preference I mean, I’ll live of course, but I usually like to get a cup with ice and mixed diet Pepsi with regular Pepsi and then top off after I eat my sandwich to take on the road. I will never be back to the subway because of the situation with soda machine. There’s too many other places that value their customers. I also want to add that I intended to get a tuna sub, but it looked absolutely disgusting. It looked like they use twice as much mayonnaise as other subway locations so I went for something else.
