  August 13, 2026, around 11:20 AM, I came here with my sick younger sister. She urgently needed to use the bathroom and really couldn’t wait. The employee kept telling me that I had to buy something first. I kept explaining that she was sick and needed to use the bathroom immediately, but he still wouldn’t let her. I had already bought something, but he still refused to let her use the bathroom. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable, especially when dealing with a sick child.

  Made a very simple order to be delivered. tuna combo. Chips and drink. Literally only got my sandwich. Called to ask what happened, young girl on the phone sounded very out of it, didn’t know what happened and said “just get a refund” no apology or explanation. Unable to read a ticket properly

  The restaurant staff were incredibly rude and racist. I wanted to use the restroom before ordering, but the employee refused my request and threw me out!
