  Incredibly rude staff, even worse franchise owner. Was hung up on by employee when I called to inquire about a refund for food I never received since the store was closed for the holiday (order still went through), and when I came to the location to get an answer I was yelled at by the store owner (identified herself as Annie Patel -- EDIT: She could have said Ellie). Food quality is mid, Subways are a dime a dozen out here-- go to one with better reviews!
