I placed a very large order today around 3 PM and, upon submitting it online, noticed the scheduled time was 3:15. Out of courtesy, I try to avoid placing large orders during peak times, so I immediately called the Monroe location to request a later pickup time.
Within seconds of placing the order, a man answered the phone and stated that the order had already been made. I expressed concern, as this seemed highly unlikely given how little time had passed. Despite this, he insisted—very abruptly—that the order was already completed. When I asked him to please double-check due to the size and timing of the order, he responded in an increasingly aggressive and dismissive tone.
At no point did he make any effort to verify the situation or offer a solution. Instead, he spoke over me and raised his voice, which I found both unprofessional and disrespectful. If this individual is in a management position, that is particularly concerning.
I frequently place orders exceeding $40, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable.
