  The owner is a disrespectful man who told my special needs son that the ham he did not want to eat was turkey. He said all of subways deli meats are made of turkey. He got so upset because my son was talking slowly and said “I’m going in the back, let me know when you get him straightened out.” When I said, “You don’t have to serve us if you don’t want to.” He said, “That’s probably for the best.” So take note this is not a friendly establishment and certainly not a special needs friendly establishment.

  I don’t know how this “manager” of an old man is still in business. Worst subway ever in the town of Monroe. He should be reported and removed from town.

  Very rude behavior by this man at the counter. He mocked while choosing veggies and started cursing while we had had enough and leaving the shop. Will never come back here again. Bad exp for our family.
