I have been a Cricket customer for many years. I recently went to the Cricket store on Main Street in Middletown, and I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by one of the employees. The employee was so rude and aggressive that it felt like the only thing left was for him to physically attack me. I honestly don’t understand how employees who treat customers this way are hired. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I am extremely disappointed.
