  My experience here…Never had a bad one…Today was great! I coulda used a little more dice but the service was wonderful ! I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! I was disgusted by the way I was treated by them..I went to subway instead…and I was NOT disappointed! AND I caught the sandwich of the day!

  This was my favorite Subway. I don't know what happened this year. My last sub order was wrong but I decided to give them another chance. Today my protein bowl was missing half the vegetables. For instance, I ordered extra pickles and banana peppers. I got no pickles and 3 banana peppers. Light mayo was swimming in mayo. Twice in a row my order has been messed up.

  Got off on Exit 17 cause of an hour long traffic jam on an already bad day. Decided I’ll stop in for some food real quick. The gentleman that was working got up from his seat immediately and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was quick and efficient, my sub ended up tasting great (way better than most of the other subways), and the friendly staff really turned my day around. Thank you guys!
