    Came in today and got myself a grilled chicken avocado. Let me say the nice young woman serving me was amazing. Perfect ratios, polite, and worked with diligence. Tipped her for such incredible service not just with my sandwich but with everyone's. Then there was the old guy... Walking around with a regular polo, no subway representation on him in any way, slowly walks over to charge me. (priced above on the menu overview was $12.99) But tries charging me $15.00. really? Your pricing literally says $12.99. I assume if your at work with non work pants, shirt, and shoes, your either the manager or the owner. Both should know your prices. 5 stars for the girl! 1 star for the guy in street clothes.

    Went in the other day to ask a few questions that required the manager's input. He was sitting at one of the tables about to fall sleep, so I had no idea that was the manager. Like for real what manager falls asleep both on the clock, and in the guest dining area?? Anyways because he was disturbed from his nap he immediately had this attitude before I was even able to ask my questions. When I finally got the first one out he cut me off saying he couldn't help and started making his way to the back of the store and wouldn't even let me get the full thing out. How this poor excuse of a manager got to where he is is beyond me. Last time I order from that subway.

    Never answer drive through. Fourth time sitting there 15 minutes. No answer. Then proceed to take 2 cars back. So it works. Management not helpful at all.
