  Extremely frustrating experience with this FedEx location. I had a 103-lb package redirected here through FedEx’s own Hold at Location system. FedEx accepted the request and sent the package out for delivery to this location. The store then refused to accept the package because it contained a battery, stating that they could not accept hazardous materials. The problem is that FedEx allowed me to select this location for the shipment in the first place, and I could not find anything on the location’s website clearly warning that packages containing batteries could not be held here. The package was also well under the 150-lb weight limit listed online. What made the situation much worse was that instead of contacting me or allowing me to correct the issue, the package was immediately marked “Returning package to shipper – shipment was not picked up within required timeframe.” I was never given an opportunity to pick it up because the store never accepted it. I also tried repeatedly to call the location directly and could not get through to anyone onsite, so I eventually had to drive there just to find out what happened. Because of this, my package—which had already made it all the way to Connecticut—was sent back to New Jersey overnight, and I had to contact FedEx to intercept it before it continued back across the country. If this location cannot accept certain battery-containing shipments, FedEx should not allow customers to redirect those shipments here, or at minimum that restriction needs to be clearly disclosed before the redirect is accepted. A customer should not have a package sent back to the shipper because of a restriction they were never informed about

  Went to this FedEx didn't know how to use the copier , so the cashier did it and changed me $1.60 a page then a $2.50 fee ...... 10 sheets double sided color was $20 ..... That's an insane charge ...
