  I had one of their labels that I received by email and was on the road so instead of making a detour to print I asked if I could print it from my email as I had done in the past at FedEx which cost me the princely sum of .27 cents. Apparently UPS charges $5.95 PLUS .29 cents per page. FOH with that. I told them I would cancel my label and use another carrier to which they shrugged. Don't know if it's just this store that has poor service or all of them, just know Brown didn't work for me, canceled my label and took my package to FedEx for $1.20 more out of principle.

  Staff is extremely rude! Avoid this location at ALL costs!! They charged me $25 for a box to ship 2 items no less than the size of notebooks. and $5.99 to print the label!!!

  I’ve been coming here for close to 30 years since it was Mailboxes, etc.! Same owner! He was once young 😉 great service, always and convenient. UPS is more reliable and cheaper than USPS so I often mail packages here for personal and my small business needs. Love their expertise and friendly service!
