  Surprised about these reviews, every time I need to return something from Amazon it’s as quick and easy as it can get. And free. The employees are very informative and friendly but some people get annoyed when they find out they can’t ship their item the way they brought it. Verify your packaging details and it’s all good.

  This is a repeated pattern of failed delivery handling. UPS drivers often leave my packages at this UPS store instead of my shop. When I come here to locate them, the staff initially deny having the packages until I insist they check thoroughly. This creates constant disruptions to my business operations, and neither UPS nor this store takes accountability for these repeated issues.

  If you value customer service do not go to this location. If you’re looking for a reliable shipping partner, do not use this location. There is by far the worse UPS location I have visited. The Manager, Zach, is extremely unpleasant. I had next day air packages to ship and the manager decided not to accept my paid label simply because he could. I have never experienced this before. UPS is supposed to support to small business owners; this location, under Zach’s management is giving UPS a terrible reputation. Very unfortunate that he is the manager of this location because all of the other employees are rockstars! They are nothing but kind and helpful but there is always an issue when Zach is around. Very sad to be treated this way.

  This store should be ashamed to call Zachary its manager. Extremely rude. Unhelpful. Terrible customer service. We go to this location every week as small business owners, all of the other employees are amazing. They are very kind, caring, and always help us with a smile on their face. Zachary on the other hand is miserable; we dread every interaction with him. As the store manager, he is leaving customers with a terrible impression of UPS. I'd rather hand deliver packages to my customers than to go back to this location and deal with him.
