  I had a great first experience in the store. The manager Jevon was extremely helpful with helping find the right filter for my oil change at a great price.

  Today I was helped by Michael, who is an OUTSTANDING employee. I went into the store with a multitude of questions and fears because I don’t know enough about cars myself, and I knew that I needed parts to replace the brakes on my car but I had no idea what I really needed. Michael greeted me and immediately began looking up the parts that I would need and talking me through which upgrade packages would benefit me most. He even called other locations to make sure that there would be a backup option if this location did not have the parts available today. He gave me information on everything that I would need and information on the return policy, and helped me sign up for a rewards account through the app to make sure I got the most out of my purchase today. After I paid for all of the parts, he was kind enough to go through every item on the receipt with me and explain all of the warranty information for each part and he even took the parts out to my car for me so that I wouldn’t have to lift them! Michael was an absolute joy to work with today and he is an outstanding example of what every employee at Advance Auto Parts should be. Because of him, I will be going to AAP for all auto parts purchases in the future!

  Staff was awesome friendly. As soon as I walked in there was an older gentleman putting things on shelves and asked if he could help me and had a great personality. When I went to the front James was very friendly and helped me get the filters I needed. Great staff and nice variety of products.
