These rankings are a reflection of the management of the store, NOT Nicole, the sole employee on staff today. Nicole was incredible and working so hard that she was beginning to feel faint. Through no fault of hers, we were there for 45 minutes. It was the height of the lunch rush and she had NO help. She had no way to shut off mobile orders even though there was a line to the door; the mobile orders kept pouring in. When we walked in the door at 12pm, she had already been waiting on her manager, who was supposed to be there at 11. She was hoping for them to arrive to help her get out of the weeds. By the time we got our sandwiches at 12:40, the manager still hadn't arrived. In that time, we watched Nicole expertly make dozens of sandwiches and salads. She didn't miss a beat. She deserves a raise, but also the respect and support of her manager. I won't support a business that doesn't treat their employees respectfully.

This employee #2939 (yellow hair) was a loose canon.
I had the worst experience ever. I hope this reaches the right person, so no one ever has to go through this. I’ve been eating subway for over 20 years and I’ve never had this sort of experience ever. This was my first time at this place and I had to order 5 subways. I started ordering and the employee started slamming the sandwiches. Just because she had to make 5 subways. She was throwing things in the sandwich rather than putting it. Maybe because I’m a minority. Now in the middle of my order she started making an online order, left my order because she was mad. Started messing up my order intentionally. Said this words a few times “next time in not making an order this large.” she didn’t even gave me receipt. I had to take it myself from the printer because she walked away as soon as I paid (check cameras so you’d see me grabbing the receipt from the printer myself because she walked away) . There’s not enough space to mention all the things she did. She intentionally put way way more salt in the sandwich after I repetitively told her light salt. My cousin has high blood pressure and is on a low salt diet, so I mentioned light salt, but intentionally added more salt. I had to drive 15 mins away so I can get my cousin the right light salt sandwich.
Employee culture like this at a franchise where kids visit too is unacceptable.
I hope the owner takes necessary steps so no one has to ever go through this.
