  I came into this location to get a sandwich for dinner and there was one woman doing the best that she can. She was so kind and pleasant, but she was backed up. The owner walked in and she had asked them for help and the owner proceeded to ignore her as if she was less than human. Then proceeded to drop something off go back out to the car dillydally at the car and then come in and not even offered to help her stay stood there with a clipboard as if he had something important to do. I find this to be very frustrating as someone who works in food service. Also as an owner if your employee request help it is your job as the manager in the building at the moment to make sure that your employees feel supported and valued. I’ve been in here before it does not seem like the staff is treated very well.

  I went to this Subway store at Kensington, Ct to get a Ft long Roast beef Sub with Veggies for lunch.🙂🥬🫑🍅 I initially didn't know what to expect when I stopped in because I've Never been to this Subway store before!! To keep this short I was pleasantly surprised that even though I had to briefly wait for some freshly sliced roast beef because the lady who made my sandwich ran out of at first,Overall I was Very Satisfied with how it came out and will likely come back to this Subway Very soon.🙂 Overall 4'Stars 🌟

  I visit this location often and have always had a pleasant experience. Food was fresh especially the bread! Good workers that greet me when I come in. My favorite location

  Moved to the area 7yrs ago and this has been the best subway location to get from. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and always cook my bacon perfectly.

  Place was busy. 2 people and they handled it well. Food tasted fresh and delicious. This is my new go to when I’m the area!
