  The service was terrible, while I was trying to order the guy was on his phone and not paying attention I ended up walking out and went to a different subway this was at 9 pm the 20th of September and this was not the first time he has done this!!!

  I arrived at 7:57 AM to grab a quick Turkey and cheese sandwich for my son before school for his lunch for his field trip. There was a man there who told me just a second. He was behind the counter cleaning things, and then grabbed a bag of Pepsi colas and came around to my side to load the soda machine with his pepsicolas while I stood there waiting, not understanding why no one was helping me. Finally, after about 5 minutes, I said, I have to go to work so then he asked a lady from the back to come and help me. She then talked about how much work she had to do baking. She made my sandwich and then as I was trying to pay for it, she took a phone call, went in the back with her call, never rang me up. Then she came back to the register, said she was on the phone with her boss.Finally, as she's on the phone, she rings me up.I have never received such terrible service in my life.I will never go to this store ever again.They could not have cared less on how they treated me. To say the least, I was 10 minutes late for work.\nWhich was the ten minutes they made me wait.

  The gentleman working in the night shift makes the best wrap ever! Thank you for always focusing on the quality. I’ve ordered twice in a row. lol

  This place is DISGUSTING. The staff allows the homeless to utilize this location as a hotel. The homeless comes in & sits down/uses the bathrooms for hours without buying anything. The staff allows the homeless to take their personal cups to get free drinks; which is disgusting. The bottles they have probably came out of the garbage & they are putting it to the machine that paying customers use! The staff doesn’t close the glass covering the food, nothing but flies & bugs crawling inside the food. This place needs to be shut down for health concerns! DISGUSTING!!!!
