  I visited the Subway inside Walmart at 495 Flatbush Ave, Hartford today and had a very disappointing experience. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and ignored my customization requests. She charged extra for a veggie pizza without toppings, did not follow my instructions for toasting and cutting the chicken, and provided poor service overall. The food quality and hygiene were also not acceptable. I request the owner to please look into this issue and refund my money. Please ensure this does not happen to other customers. I will also share my experience with local Hartford groups to make others aware.
