I just ordered a spicy Italian 2 cookies and a footlong cookie I only got my sandwich and there was a hair in it they won't even answer the phone's terrible

Placed a mobile order and specifically asked for extra tomatoes and lettuce. When I opened the sandwich, it had almost none of either. If you’re going to offer mobile ordering and customization, at least read the instructions. On top of that, the overall sandwich quality here is noticeably worse than other Subways in the area. Sloppily made and just lower quality overall. Pretty disappointing experience for something that should be very straightforward.
