  $30 to print 123 standard b&w pages is excessive. Staff is friendly until you ask to use the bathroom, then they claim they don’t have one even though there are at least two, clearly marked but locked. Not even for customers? Maybe if you spend over $100?

  A year ago, I would've rated this location 3 out of 5 between the service wait time, friendliness and the support given. The last few months I've been pleasantly surprised at how attentive and professional the staff has consistently been.

  Today (June 1st 2026) I went in needing a box for an item I was shipping out. I didn’t get her name but I asked the black girl working the counter if they had any big enough boxes that my item can fit in and she immediately shut me down and told me they didn’t have ANY boxes without even checking to see. She blatantly lied to my face as if she didn’t even want to help me and hated her job completely turning me away. People like this shouldn’t be working customer service. Long story short, I went to this other young lady who went above and behind to help me find the box that I needed and she did it professionally and with kindness. She was very pleasant and gave me a better experience than the other lady who almost ruined my experience. Manager needs to do better at making sure they hire people Who actually want to do their jobs.
