  Chadyra y Adrián fueron muy amables y me ayudaron a poder obtener mi teléfono ya que me había dado por vencido. Recomiendo esta tienda el personal es excelente y la compañía también está es mi segunda ocasión en esta compañía y ya no me vuelvo a ir. Gracias

  Recently went in to get a phone upgrade (my then-current phone's screen was badly cracked and getting unreadable). Katie was a huge help in getting me set up with a new phone after I picked one out, and was able to easily answer a few questions I had about the phone-transfer process. Bonus kudos to her for also getting my friend a new phone and doing his transfer, right after mine. Quick process, and she was super nice and helpful. Ironically, the only hard part of the whole post-phone process was trying to find a way to leave a positive review for Katie. Cricket's site wasn't.... very helpful in that specific department, so here we are, instead. Thanks again, Katie! I'll be coming back anytime I need help! 10/10 all around, ★★★★★
