  They don’t pick up the delivery right away after you drop it off. Even if you check it in during the morning, they don’t do a 2 p.m. pickup, so the delivery only starts a few days later. It’s hard to accept such unreasonable delays, especially when they charge based on the delivery date. The receipt even shows the pickup scheduled for the drop-off day, but it hasn’t been picked up on time twice now.

  Avoid this location like the plaque!!! It’s a father/ son business the son is very shady and bordering on criminal behavior and the father is just old and desperately wants to retire. I had a mailbox here since it was a Mailbox ETC store. They charge for a yearly rental but send you renewal notices every 8 months telling you your rental is overdue then charge late fees and it takes months of arguing to finally get ripped off cause they know they have you by the round and fuzzies. In 5 years I’ve paid for 8 years of rentals. The son loses packages if you don’t pick up within an hour of delivery. I put up with it cause I had box for so long didn’t want to go through all the issues of changing but finally had to do it sin robbed me of so much money and product I couldn’t afford it anymore.

  Great experience helpful staff
