  These people are the most unhelpful enrode. That I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and save a ton of stress and drive to Any Other U. PS store because these people are terrible and not helpful. Not nice to their customers and very rude. Especially the owner! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. As soon as I can, I am sick and tired of being treated like i'm a second class citizen whenever I walk in that door. I would give them one star, but that would be because of their parking. Otherwise they get a −10 from me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that store. I am now going to report them to their corporate headquarters because they need to be out of business and working. Where there are no people as clients

  The woman helping me was very kinda and efficient. I also didn’t have a shipping envelope, which she provided for me.

  Earl is consistently rude and unprofessional. I stopped going to the UPS store in Clinton because of him, only to find out he also works at the Guilford Store. He often makes snide comments and even ridicules me for shopping on Amazon, which is completely inappropriate. Customers shouldn’t feel judged or talked down to just for using a service. It makes every visit uncomfortable, and I try to avoid going there because of him. Today when I told him I had an Amazon return he responded with “of course you do”.

  Paid $5 for notary service here and the staff was rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude from the start, even though I was polite. I only came here for the convenience of mailing everything at once, but honestly, just go to a bank instead—it’s free and the people are usually much nicer. Would not recommend.
