  Only option for my return was UPS and after driving the location drop off telling me I had to visit a store I ended up here. I asked if they had self printing service they said no but could print if I had a usb stick… and if I wanted them to print my return slip they would charge me $5 because apparently “people do this all the time and it’s not worth their time”… first and last time here what a terrible experience. It wasn’t like they were busy I was the only one in the store at the time.

  Went for Notary services. Super friendly staff, everyone was smiling and in a good mood - took care of shipping what I had brought too. The art of customer service is clearly not lost here. Will drive out of my way to give them my business next time.

  I hate to leave a negative review, but I have to due to what occurred being so basic. Walked in to get a color copy of a document. Super simple and basic function of any UPS Store franchise. Got told, "We don't do color copies." I'm like, "Huh?" Then, after a little prodding, got informed the color copy function of the copier/printer is not working. I'm like "Ok? I'm 99% certain your store leases that machine. Why haven't you had a technician come out from the company you lease it from to fix it?" No answer. How a UPS Store can operate for even a day or two without the ability to provide color copies to their customer base is beyond my comprehension.

  I had a great experience today at UPS thanks to the gentleman who assisted me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to help me with sending my letter without making me feel rushed or confused. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. It’s not always easy to find customer service like this, and I really appreciated how helpful and attentive he was throughout the whole process. Thank you for such excellent service!he told me his name but I totally forget I think he said Shami or something like that.
